Dear all,

 

Last week we have installed our CREAMCE (pcncp04.ncp.edu.pk) on SL5-64 bit. Currently, the  SAM-Nagios portal is complaining about Job abort error as under:

 

“Transfer to CREAM failed due to exception: Failed to create a delegation id for job https://wmssamtest02.cern.ch:9000/cR5VEZZMcj9Rr3BKitJA-Q: reason is Authorization error: System error reading local user information”

Could anyone guide us about the reason behind these errors, and that how we could cope with the situation.

 

We have already checked at http://grid.pd.infn.it/cream/field.php?n=Main.KnownIssues for known creamce issues with no success.
