Hi all, I just wondered if anyone is able to help me with figuring out why the FIRST segmentation is not picking up any interior voxels for some cerebellum when I run it. There is a structure there on the scans so I'm not sure what the problem is and would really appreciate some advice on which parameters to change. I can't see any answers relating to this on previous discussions. Thanks! Clare
