Hi Everyone, Tractography seems to work for most of my subjects. However, when I try to run for 3 of the 34, I consistently get an error, whether I'm running it from the GUI or command line. The error is: Errors: shel-init: error retrieving current directory: getcwd: cannot access parent directories: No such file or directory Image Exception : #99 ::Out of memory Terminate called after throwing an instance of "RBD_COMMON::BaseException" I speculate that it's due to a shortage in virtual memory. However, it does run just fine for 31 other subjects. Any ideas as to what's wrong? Thanks, Massih
