Hi FSL list, I am going to do group ICA analysis, and have some problems on reprocessing the fMRI data. For some subjects I found their brain moved more than one voxel, and some volumes need to be removed from the whole data. In FEAT analysis, I just need to add a confound text document to removed some volumes. Can we do similar thing in MELODIC to removed some unwanted volumes? Another problem is, a few subjects' data were shorter than most of the subjects, can MELODIC accept these data with different volumes for subjects? Now we have 10 controls and 15 patients, the samples are not matched. Do I have to use 10 controls and 10 patients in group analysis to match them?
