Dear FSL Experts, Is there anyway that I can access and change the "advanced options" of "Flirt" while I am calling it through Feat GUI? Because what I found is that in the registration step of Feat GUI it uses default settings of flirt such as "correlation ratio" as "cost function" and "Tri-linear" as "interpolation". Also would you please reference me why you found these settings are the best (and have chosen them as default)? Thanks in advance and looking forward to hearing from you, Best, Mona
