Dear FSLers, we've set up a sge-grid environment. Everything works fine.. just a little question arised: in order to test our system, we made some error simulation. In particular, we saw that when we killed one or more xfibres process on a client grid machine, the entire bedpostx process ended apparently with any error message in grid system. One can only notice the error during probtrackx stage since the tractography stops tracking process when encounter the slice/slices that has/have nor been processed by xfibres. Any suggestion?
