The York Trials Unit at the University of York is running

 Introduction to Statistics for Clinical Trials on the 9 & 10 September
2010.

Target audience:
The course should be of interest to nurses, doctors and allied health
professionals who are interested in conducting a randomised controlled
trial and who require a basic introduction to statistics. It will be
assumed that participants will have no or very little experience of
statistical analysis.

Aims of the course

Introduce participants to statistics for clinical trials.
Participants should gain a basic understanding of the statistics used in
the analysis of clinical trial data and their interpretation.
