I recently asked my Paediatric Gastroenterologist colleagues. All 3 of them felt that FOB adds nothing to their clinical investigations and they were happy for us to withdraw the test. Do other labs who've stopped offering the test still keep it going for Paediatrics, or how do you manage their requests?
