---------------

The rose and thistle are respective symbols of English and Scottish rugby. The designs are most similar to those 1871-1914. But I'm not sure about the spread eagle (or novelty bracelets) in the context of rugby.

Further to last post - the Polish flag is equal part red and white - which ties in with the enamel on one bracelet.

Dear Ruth,
The white/red bracelet appears to have a thistle and a rose (?) in its design - possibly thistle for Scotland and rose for England?
Just a thought!

Dear Colleagues,

Does anyone have any thoughts about the attached image. It is a white metal bracelet (or two bracelets) with enamel(?) motifs on it. There are no hallmarks or any other marks on the metal. I do not think it is particularly old. A visitor brought it in for an opinion.

Thank you very much.
Ruth
