Dear SPM Users
Using the ImaCal operator, I would like to calculate the following:
CBFimage/(gm+0.4*wm) if the voxel has (gm+wm)>0.5
where gm=c1 for gray matter (i2) and wm=c2 for white matter (i3).
For this, is the following expression right?
(i1./(i2+0.4*i3)) .* ((i2+i3)>0.5)
where i1=cbf image.
