Hi Priscilla,

The biggest problem is about them being long enough to reach areas where staff stand for long periods, need to be moved to clean under them,  however, i don't know anyone who would prefer not to stand on them instead of concrete floors. I am sure this subject has previously been discussed on Jiscmail, so you may find some further info in the archives.

Anti fatigue matting has been used in 2 food environments I have worked in, milk processing and NHS kitchens.
