(www.cemp.ac.uk/summit) and to call for proposals for papers. The summit builds on previous successful meetings, which attracted over 150 delegates from more than 65 Higher Education Institutions, as well as government representatives.

The event is organised by The Centre for Excellence in Media Practice at Bournemouth University, hosted by Birmingham City University and supported by Skillset and the Art, Design and Media Higher Education Subject Centre. Call for Papers

We are inviting proposals for papers and panel discussions relating to the conference themes. Please submit a short abstract of up to 500 words. All sessions will be forty minutes.

MeCCSA is the subject association for the field of media, communication and cultural studies in UK Higher Education. Membership is open to all who teach and research these subjects in HE institutions, via either institutional or individual membership.
