Greetings, all..
After a wonderful holiday in Venice, the ducks at Springer have succeeded in almost destroying any pleasure I had in being back. We have been in correspondence with some underling at Springer for some six weeks now, and would welcome suggestions on how to progress...

We have paid for electronic access to three journals. Despite all attempts, we cannot access any of this material - yet Springer keep reiterating 'it works from here'. Strangely, the more they repeat this mantra, parrot-fashion, the more my will to continue the subscriptions are being sapped....

Is/has anyone else having/had this kind of trouble with this dreadful company? If so, how did you resolve it?

Their notion of customer care does not accord with even the lowest level of service I expect for the money I'm presently shelling out....

Your suggestions - a bar of chocolate to the best, my team to be the judges - will be very welcome!
