Hi all,
 
Apologies if this has been asked before. 
 
I am looking into the feasibiliity of our library moving to an electronic ILL request system. 
 
Does anyone know whether this has been asked before and/or where the best place to find evidence for it is?
 
We would also like to get a copy of the 2008/2009 Library Activity Data stats.  Would anyone know where to find them?
