Hi Gwenaelle Having successfully completed my fslvbm pipeline and created my modulated GM maps I thought it would just be a matter of editing the scripts to apply them to my white matter maps, however, I have come a cropper at the --fnirt "config=GM_2_MNI152_2mm.cnf" option in the fslvbm2d script. Can I use this file for the WM maps? or do I need to create another parameter file and if so how should it be formatted and where should it reside?
