Hi all, I'm Michele Placci a student of the University of Padova, Italy. I'm learning to use Siena package for a study of brain atrophy, but I have some problem to understand the kind and the number of images that I have to pass to the program. Have I to input more than a single image (for each time)? If multiple images are required, how many? And how many images for each plane (I mean: sagittal, coronal and transverse plane). Thanks in advance for any help. Michele.
