Hi, We are using a block design with a continuous variable across 10 levels (corresponding to 10 conditions, each run in separate blocks). We can not figure out how to tell FSL at the single participant level that conditions 1 to 10 are on a continuum, not 10 discrete types of stimulus. Can we do this by adding a covariate at the first level, or should we code the events EV1 to EV10 on a one to ten scale in the design matrix? Best wishes, Aziz.
