Oh dear, sorry to those who have been having trouble finding it - and thank you David for managing to get to it eventually!  This link:  https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/filearea.cgi?LMGT1=FISH may get you straight to the file store (at least it does for me).  You don't need to be logged in to Jiscmail to access the files. 
 
I will be happy to send a copy to anyone who can't access it directly; I am out of the office tomorrow and Friday, but will be able to dispatch some emails on Monday morning.
