Dear All

I have been tasked with coming up with ways to cut our spending on exams for 09/10 as it has rocketed over the last couple of years. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions to offer?
I am going to suggest registering students as late as possible as we currently register them early on and then have numerous drop outs some of which can be refunded but some cannot. I am also going to make sure that all resits are charged for as we are currently allowing multiple attempts of online testing free of charge, we did try and bring this in for 09/10 but the tutors were up in arms about it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
