This course
has been designed with the needs of those with little or no knowledge of
integrated pest management (IPM) in mind, but who nevertheless have cultural
collections in their care. It will cover the four main principles of IPM:

Trainers:
Robert Child has had an extensive career in museum conservation including his
role as Head of Conservation at the National Museum of Wales. His
specialist is in preventive conservation with a particular interest in insect
pest control. As such is Advisor on Insect Pests to the National Trust
and a consultant and lecturer internationally.
