ARCHIVE TRAINEE
Regeneration and Housing
West Glamorgan Archive Service
Salary: £14,733 per annum
West Glamorgan Archive Service is seeking a graduate Archive Trainee for a one-year contract tenable from 1 September 2010. You will be a graduate with a relevant degree who intends to apply for a postgraduate archive training course in academic year 2011/12 and who wishes to gain preliminary experience of all aspects of archive work as part of your plan to pursue a career in archives.
The post is based with the Archive Service in Swansea Civic Centre, with the occasional requirement to work in Neath and Port Talbot.
Some Saturday working is also required.
