MEDICAL DIRECTOR (m/f)
Gynaecology
Key responsibilities:
• Lead Medical Affairs and Communications by training/ coaching direct reports
• Develop/foster familiarity with strategic therapeutical areas and medical practices
• Ensure medical mastery for all products: “pre-commercialization”
• Provide medical expertise to customers, patients and other internal functions
• Guide for consistency in observing professionally high standards and representing the ethics of the company
• Manage externally key opinion leaders and collaborate internally cross-functional
• Provide reliable regulatory and legal compliance
Reports to Managing Director
Candidate Profile
• Medical Doctor (gynaecologist), with at least 2 years experience
• Externally focused and able to deal effectively and credibly with senior external contacts
• Good insight and understanding of business needs and market development strategies
• Organizational leadership and people development skills
• Strong collaborator and outstanding communication/ presentation skills
• Willingness to move to German headquarter
