An international workshop on Design, modelling and implementation of stormwater source control technologies will be held on June 27th, 2010, as part of the Novatech conference.

The aim of the workshop is to examine aspects relating to the design and implementation of stormwater source control technologies. The workshop, following the previous SOCOMA workshop held in Lyon in 2007 (see http://graie.org/SOCOMA), will be specifically focussed on the modelling and performance evaluation of source control techniques. It will also evaluate the lessons of implementation, based on a number of important case studies. Each of these themes will include a general presentation of the current state of the art in terms of understanding, research, before exploring particular aspects in detail, through interactive presentations and discussions.

The workshop is coordinated by Sylvie Barraud, Tim Fletcher and Gilles Rivard. For details on the workshop see: http://www.graie.org/novatech/pdf/workshops/W2-GB.pdf.
