Dear All, Firstly an apology to those people who are receiving two copies of this mail (which will include me). For those of you who did know already the next WLCG collaboration workshop will be held at Imperial College London on the 7th->9th of July. The indico page can be found at http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=82919 I know that, on Jeremy's advice, some of you have been waiting for the for the GridPP PMB to discuss funding for this before registering. The conclusion from that discussion is that GridPP encourages people to attend this meeting and will financially support those who do. If you are going to come to this workshop you are strongly encouraged to register early so that you can get a place to stay in the university halls. Not only are the halls close and convenient but they have very good internet access and are, of course, the most cost effective accommodation. If you are unable to find a place in hall then you should book a hotel with a similar price per night. These are typically 3 star hotels. If you have problems finding such accommodations (which you shouldn't if you book soon) then please either contact the accommodation people at the email address given on the web pages or email us directly on [log in to unmask] and we will try to help you to find a room at a reasonable cost. We look forward to seeing many of you at the workshop. All the best, david
