Lauren, If the dimensions of your images are not the same as the dimensions of the mricron template (or close to them), then you may want to re-slice to the template dimensions to see if you get a better overlay result. Kathy Pearson Hello, I am using mricron to visualize images, however the orientation is flipped from the original SPM5 files. The voxels are negative and not correctly aligning when using overlay. Is there a way to avoid this or use different images? thanks, Lauren
