Dear SPM-list,

 

Is there any way to do a contrast just using the two beta .img files and thus without using the SPM.mat file?  I’m constantly changing scripts and so continually change my SPM.mat file, and it would be convenient if I could do a contrast when I think it, instead of re-estimating parameters for which I already have.img files sitting there.  If contrasts require the SPM.mat file, can any of you suggest another program that can do contrasts with just the image files?
