Dear Angela, you may want to use the "Contrast Manager" batch module to specify the contrasts once. Leave the "SPM.mat" field empty (i.e. showing an "<-X"), enter all contrasts and save the batch. Note that condition order has to be the same for all subjects in your study to do this. You can then either reuse this batch manually for all your subjects, or use "Save Batch and Script" to let SPM create a script template for you. You would then only need to complete this script template with code that lists the SPM.mat file for each of your subjects. After that, you can run the script to generate the contrasts.
