Dear all, I have .img files exported from EEG source reconstruction results of CURRY. These data in one condition are 26 scans in each subject and successive source reconstruction results such as 250-350 ms. I want to average in each subject, and then apply to statistical analysis across subjects using SPM 8. I am wondering if I perform 1st-level for averaging and 2nd-level for statistical analysis. Right? Would you recommend any tutorials using SPM statistical analysis of EEG source reconstruction? Best regard, Huije
