Hello, I am working with the spm5 and would like to compute a mixed ANOVA design with two within-subject factors and one between-subject factor. I am wondering if it is correct to use the full factorial design (basic model) entering the 3 factors (1 independent and 2 dependent). And if that is the case, how I should study the interaction effect? I hope that some of you can help me with this. Thank you very much in advance, Diego Pinal
