Hi, I have done a CVA analysis. I would like to save the CVA image as a hdr/img file. How can I do that? I found that > spm_mip(CVA.V(:,1).*(CVA.V(:,1) > 0),CVA.XYZ(1:3,:),diag(CVA.VOX)); works but is not useful to me, and I need the nifti file. Best regards, Javi.
