A few years ago the Department of Health (UK Government- Modernising Mental Health Services and the National Service Framework) published the first National Strategy for Black and Ethnic Minority Mental Health called - INSIDE/OUTSIDE: Improving Mental Health Services for Black and Minority Ethnic Communities in England: - there has been many reincarnations since- . There are in excess of 100 references; (attached)
 In addition the Community Consultation - The Real Voices- experiences from the Afro-Caribbeans, South Asians, Irish and Chinese people- undertaken by the respective Voluntary Sector is very useful.
