There are about 7000 children attending state schools in London who speak varieties of Persian - Farsi/Parsi, Dari and Tajiki - with the largest numbers in Barnet and Ealing (about 1000 each) so they might be the places to start.

(information from forthcoming atlas of the languages of London’s school children based on the School Census. I will keep List members informed of its progress but I can’t promise to all enquiries like this).
