I'm sure someone's asked this before but I can't find anything anywhere so the questions I have are:

1. Is anyone lending e-books readers, and if so how do you operate the service? A deposit, on trust, ???

2. What stock selection policies have you settled on - are you taking chances on titles or simply buying titles that you know will be used? Do you have any statistical data yet to help create such a policy?

Many thanks

Graham
