Train the Trainer Workshop - Friday June 11th 2010 at National Botanic Gardens

Would you like to learn more about preparing and delivering training? This course, aimed at both beginners and those wishing to consolidate their skills, will familiarize you with the basic principles of training, including how to identify different learning styles and adapt training to take these into account. It will look at how to handle difficult participants, and address some of the typical 'what if' scenarios that occur in training. You will also get the opportunity to gain practical skills in planning and preparing a training session and be given useful tips and aids to assist you in designing a successful training package.

The study day will be held at the National Botanic Gardens on Friday June 11th 2010 , and delegates will be able to explore the wonderful gardens, glass houses and library.

The day will be facilitated by Paula Elson, who is Lead Facilitator for the RCN Clinical Leadership Programme, as well as being a trained teacher.
