Train the Trainer Workshop - Friday June 11th 2010 at National Botanic Gardens Would you like to learn more about preparing and delivering training? This course, aimed at both beginners and those wishing to consolidate their skills, will familiarize you with the basic principles of training, including how to identify different learning styles and adapt training to take these into account. It will look at how to handle difficult participants, and address some of the typical 'what if' scenarios that occur in training. You will also get the opportunity to gain practical skills in planning and preparing a training session and be given useful tips and aids to assist you in designing a successful training package.
