Exocet (and/or successors) for 1960s concrete monstrosities – not just
in Birmingham and UK but former Soviet régimes?

I was surprised today by an email request which quoted latitude and
longitude co-ordinates to 15 decimal places of a degree, presumably
obtained from a website. These would appear to locate a precise spot at
the nanometre or even picometre level. Can anyone suggest an application
which would require this degree of accuracy? Birmingham New Street
station doesn't!
