Aim:
The aim of this one day workshop is to help participants to develop and deliver training
sessions for large groups of people.  The course will focus on ways to use interactive
methods with large groups and explore how to manage the group dynamics
 
Course Content:
 - The characteristics of large groups 
 - Understanding and stimulating multiple intelligences 
 - Using interactive activities with more than 20 people 
 - Dealing with group behaviour 
 - Handling unexpected events 
 
Who should attend:  
This session is aimed at people who have done core presentation skills training and now
want to develop their training further by introducing more participation in their
sessions.
