There is a lectureship in geophysics available at the University of
Aberdeen.  The post is for a Lecturer in any field related to the
acquisition, processing or interpretation of seismic reflection
surveying. Candidates should have a PhD and either postdoctoral, or
equivalent industrial research experience, with a proven track record of
research, measured by publication in international peer-reviewed
journals. Candidates should have experience with modelling of various
geophysical data types and also experience of field acquisition,
processing and interpretation of geophysical data. Candidates should
complement existing strengths in Geology & Petroleum Geology such as
basin analysis, tectonics and structure, and sedimentology.
