Have any of you set up a learning service of any kind in any sort of venue from scratch?
How long would you say it took to get it up and running and viable?
Would you mind sharing your pitfalls and learning experiences?
If you did somethings differently, what would they be?
Finally did you write a report/evaluation that you would be willing to share?
