Hi I want to perfume unsupervised cluster analysis both on single (epi - fmri) and on multimodality data (epi - fmri + PWI) data. Is it possible using FSL tools (FAST/FIRST…)? Otherwise does anyone familiar with any other (free) software for unsupervised cluster analysis both? Many thanks Moran
