I am trying eddy_correct and rotate_bvecs for the first time. Perhaps I do not understand the syntax. This is the syntax: rotate_bvecs <4doutput>.ecclog <bvecs> and I typed this: rotate_bvecs sb24.ecclog copy.bvec where copy.bvec is a copy of the original bvec file I get this result: line 21: syntax error near unexpected token 'done' I cannot find any other documentation on how to use rotate_bvecs. Please point it out to me or give me an example. Thanks.
