Hi,

If you set your high-pass filter initially to zero, then save the design
and then run "cutoffcalc" on the *.mat file, it will calculate the best
highpass filter cutoff value for you.  Note that you will also need to
explicitly set the TR value in the cutoffcalc command if it is not 3.0
seconds (e.g. use --tr=2.0 for a TR of 2 seconds).
