dear colleagues,

2 references you may find useful:

1.
There are so few resources available to assist students develop their pronunciation skills, that the ELSSA Centre at the University of Technology, Sydney decided to fund a small project to develop on-line resources for students and teachers, focusing on the development of pronunciation skills. Some of the available resources focus on the ‘segmental’ level of pronunciation (sounds, vowels, ...). The emphasis of what we have developed focuses mainly on supersegmental aspects (stress, rhythm, intonation, ...).

While this on-line resource is not interactive (viz, learners cannot get feedback on their speaking), it contains a wide range of information, resources about many important aspects of pronunciation: what are the most important features?;  practising & improving pronunciation; books, links and internet references about pronunciation. And so much more ...

Have a look at the pages:

This resource is far from comprehensive, but it is certainly more than a solid introduction.

The pages were developed in 2009 by Halina Zawadzki (author of the well known: 1994, 'In tempo: an English pronunciation course' NCELTR) and Marilyn Wise.

If you like what you see, tell others (and me). If you have questions, let me know.
