May they fry forever in the place where nasty twisted little people fry!  I loathe and despise people who try to creep round the edges of regulations.

What they fail to understand is that NO means NO.

Do they seriously think anyone who doesn't want to hear from them will actually want to hear from them in a year?

I so wish this lot had my email address! Folk like that tend to become the focus of a blog article among other things.

Even if it were allowable it is plain stupid. Bad business practices mean that the business is not worth dealing with at all. If you can't trust them with your data then what can you trust them with?
