Dosing syringe of some kind? i.e.
for delivering a certain amount of something into an industrial process. The
fact they are opaque perhaps indicates no discretion was needed on the part of
the end-user (and/or degraded by light, although I would have used a darker
plastic)
Did the ‘needles’ look as if
they were once sealed?

Please note that the Town Hall Car Park is only for use by
members of ESBC staff who are issued with parking permits. There is free
parking available at the front of the Town Hall (accessible from Rangemore
Street) for up to two hours. Alternatively, there is currently free
unrestricted parking available at the Midland Grain Warehouse (accessible from
Derby Street on the one-way system).
If you are visiting us, the Town Hall is a 5 minute walk from
Burton railway station - just turn left out of the station and the Town Hall is
visible ahead of you. The Town Hall is also served by bus services
1,1A,2,2A,3,3A,3B,10,402, V1,V2, and X38, most connecting with Burton town
centre.
