we have been playing a bit with automated sequential assignments using Nexus and noticed that the "Strip Selected Using:" button in the Predictions tab doesn't work properly for a HHN window. The amide proton frequencies are not centered in the strips: all but the first strip are centered at 8.00 ppm. The nitrogen positions are correct.
