Members may be interested to learn that the theme of this years BAE Systems Schools Roadshow is "biomimetics". 
 
Now in its 5th year, the 2010 roadshow, run in conjunction with the RAF, will visit over 300 schools across the UK reaching 40,000 young people aged between 9 and 14. Naturalist and TV wildlife expert Nick Baker is backing the initiative and appeared at the launch event.
