SOCIAL PROGRAM Participants of the Conference will have an opportunity of visiting Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Station, Krasnoyarsk “Stolbi” National Park and other sights. ORGANISATIONAL FEE To cover the expenses, the participants pay organizational fee at the rate of €100. The fee ensures the participation in the conference, transfer, publication and a copy of the conference proceedings. For the correspondence participants the fee is €50. It includes publication, copy of the conference proceedings and virtual report (presentation e-paper). REQUIREMENTS TO PAPERS 1. The size (format A4, including figures, tables and references) is up to 4—10 pages for a paper. 2. The publication includes the paper title, author first and last name, affiliation, text body, figures, tables and references. The basic text of the paper is structured as: an abstract with key words; introduction (including the paper aim); statement of the problem; a method for the problemsolving (method description, technical and economic analysis, etc.); the analysis of the outcomes achieved (the difference between offered and known methods, their advantages in comparison with those already known, etc.); the practical application of the results; conclusions and references. The paper is to be written in the third person narration, in a formal and impersonal style. The parameters of the paper are available at “Pattern”. 3. The text of the publication is required for preparing in the editor compatible with Word for Windows. The hard copy of the publication is submitted in one copy and e-version on a CD or DVD-ROM or by e-mail. Publications are supposed to be printed in author’s wording. 4. Figures and tables are within the paper text. It is preferable to apply graphic files of figures to the file of the publication. Photos should be clear and contrast, the original is desirable. 5. The references are given in square brackets. The references are located at the end of the paper. The sources are given according to the order of their appearance in the paper. The reference to every source used in the paper is obligatory. 6. PAY ATTENTION to the rules of type-setting of variable quantities and formulae (See the Pattern below). For the type-setting of formulae please use Word Equation only (no Math Type). Font size 10 pt. Alignment by width. Left and right indent — 1,25 cm. Key words: up to 7 key words Introduction. The main paper text is typed in Times New Roman 12 points. Indent 1 cm. Alignment by width, line spacing — size one. All fields 2,5 cm. Statement of the problem. If there is one figure or table it is marked as Fig. (Tab.). And the reference, for example, is marked as “see Figure, see Table”. If there are several figures they should be numerated (Fig. 1, Table 3; reference: see Fig. 1, see Tab. 2). Figures and tables are entitled. Variable quantities are typed in Italic (like t — time, velocity v) except Greek symbols. Figures, names of functions and criteria (sin, max, lim, Re) are typed in upright (Roman), vectors and arrays in upright, bold type. ATTENTION!!! Formulae are made in Word Equation only (not in Math Type). Do not change the scalability of formula. Numerate formulae, having references to them only. … Conclusions. Paper structure should contain the parts. Annotation, introduction, results and conclusions are obligatory.
