It looks like the fixed ManageVOTag command was released for SL4 (update 62) but not in SL5 yet due to some technical problemn with uberftp (which replaces the edg-gridftp-* commands for SL5). So at the moment the answer is to either use the SL4 version, or to use lcg-tags which I think is unaffected by this. Stephen
