Dear Caro,
       You can perform AlphaSim in AFNI, you can find it after you installed AFNI.
       In addition, we have integrated the AlphaSim program in REST, then you can use it in windows (which based on MATLAB). You can download it from www.restfmri.net (Start this module by REST->Utilities->AlphaSim).
       In my opinion, combining probability threshold and minimum cluster size is meaningful.
