Institute for Pediatric Neuroscience, NYU Child Study Center, NYU Langone School of Medicine The Institute for Pediatric Neuroscience is currently recruiting a post-doctoral fellow interested in carrying out combined fMRI/EEG studies of low-frequency phenomena in the brain and functional connectivity. The fellow will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, integrating the findings of a broad spectrum of approaches including: - simultaneous EEG/fMRI - resting state functional MRI - diffusion tensor imaging - cortical thickness - voxel-based morphometry Qualifications: The minimum qualifications for a successful candidate include: - completed PhD in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, neuroscience, or related fields; - extensive experience with EEG-based electrophysiological recordings - Proficiency in either Matlab, R, C/C++ or similar platform is required ** Funding-source for this position requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residence in the U.S. Anticipated start date: fall/winter, 2010 If interested, please contact me at [log in to unmask]
